The ORA students in Scotland had much cause for celebration on Friday, as they enjoyed a graduation ceremony to mark their successful time at St Andrews! The students received their awards and had a wonderful evening!
The academic programme has drawn to a close on campus, and the students have all passed comfortably. This is a testament to their extraordinary work ethic, as they have applied themselves wholeheartedly and impressed all of the staff.
The ceremony was a great occasion, as the staff gathered to honor the students and their achievements. Everyone was very excited, and they dressed to impress on their big night. The programme has aimed to help the students better understand what life at university might be like, and the graduation ceremony is a good example of the rewards that higher education can provide.
The students all felt great pride as they were handed their awards, knowing that they fully deserved the plaudits they were receiving. They also cheered on their friends as they went up to the front – such is the camaraderie among the cohort.
This session has been full of great activities, and the students will doubtless leave Scotland with a great collection of memories. Perhaps the sweetest of these will be their great graduation day, as they stood up and drew acclaim from friends, family and the ORA team. Well done St Andrews, you’ve certainly earned it!
