The hottest temperature in the UK was recorded in Cambridge on Thursday, and with the sun high in the sky, students headed off for their penultimate day of classes.
Campus was very active as everyone is keen to make the most of their time left here. It has been fantastic to witness how many close friendships have been forged over the last two weeks and it will certainly be sad to see everyone leave St Catz a couple of days from now.
In the mean time, students got stuck into their final full day of classes. This session we have seen a characteristically large cohort of students on our Business and Enterprise programme, with so many potential hopeful entrepreneurs in our midst. This group have really developed in-depth knowledge of their products, and having seen their fantastic presentations of these yesterday, it was time for them to enjoy a more informal session focused on their leadership skills on Thursday.
Once morning lessons were over, it was time for lunch which students enjoyed as a group in the shade of some trees in the college grounds. The afternoon promised some fun activities with the prospect of mocktail making and an evening of card games.
It was a relaxed way to end the day, and with the noise of some welcomed rain on the windowpanes, students headed for bed to prepare for all of the excitement of graduation on Friday.
