As summer descends in Oxford city, so too does our first group of students into Lady Margaret Hall!
Positioned on the banks of the River Cherwell, Lady Margaret Hall is known both for its stunning gardens and for being the first college to accept women at Oxford. It is the ideal environment for all kinds of students, having produced both successful politicians like Michael Gove and famous chefs like Nigella Lawson.
In this picturesque location, our students aged 13-15 will have the chance to take part in a diverse range of programmes, including our exciting New Perspectives programme. Through this incredible, flexible programme, students can pursue two subjects at once, allowing them to broaden their horizons while still engaging with their passions. Meanwhile our 16-18 year old students can take part in specialist programmes like Law School Preparation and set themselves ahead in their future university education.
All of our programmes are taught to an exceptional standard and everything is designed to challenge our students, bringing out the very best in all who take part.
Outside of the classroom, students will have the opportunity to broaden their cultural horizons by taking part in traditional Oxford pursuits like punting and visiting British landmarks like Blenheim Palace.
All these exciting activities will give them plenty of time to make lasting friendships with the diverse range of students around them. It is a testament to both ORA’s programme and our students that some of these friendships truly do last a lifetime.
With so many exciting opportunities, the summer is bound to be a success.
