As Oxford Royale’s 2019 programme kicks off across Oxford, we’re excited to welcome our first group of students to St Peter’s College.
Located in the very heart of Oxford, St Peter’s college is the perfect location for our 13-15 year old students to enjoy the bustling culture which the ‘City of Dreaming Spires’ has to offer.
The college itself is a wonderful blend of modern and traditional buildings which is bound to capture the imagination. Over its relatively short history, St Peter’s has turned out a wide variety of important figures including the second president of Ghana, Edward Akufo-Addo, the actor Hugh Dancy, and the successful entrepreneur François Perrodo. In keeping with this, the college supports a diverse range of subjects during term time, including a student-edited arts magazine.
Students aged 13-15 can also take advantage of diversity by participating in our popular New Perspectives programme, which allows them to choose to study two subjects they love at the same time.
But no matter which programme the students choose, they’ll benefit from the exceptional standard of teaching that ORA prides itself on. All students are encouraged to push their limits while they’re here so that they can achieve the very best they’re possible of accomplishing.
Outside of lessons, participants can look forward to exciting excursions to landmarks like Oxford Castle, and to taking part in traditional Oxford activities like croquet. Through all of this they’ll be meeting people from all around the world and forging the kind of meaningful friendships that last a lifetime. It’s a testament to both the students and ORA’s courses that we have students returning year after year alongside friends they’ve made in previous summers.
All in all, it promises to be a summer packed with excitement, education, and excellence.
Make sure to bookmark this page and follow all ORA’s social media to keep up to date with all the amazing things our students will be getting up to over the coming weeks.
