Thursday was a day of beautiful sunshine in London – and an opportunity too good to miss for our Imperial students as they made the most of the stunning weather!
The sun was already blazing when everyone woke for breakfast, and after a morning of classes and detailed learning – in which everyone worked brilliantly – the students were itching to get outside and enjoy the day.
They weren’t disappointed as they were treated to a great picnic in Hyde Park. Goodies were passed around and everyone was smiling and laughing, which was great to see.
After the picnic, a lot of the students settled into the shade to chat and swap jokes. Those with more energy to burn started some ball games, with a pickup football match breaking out.
More and more of the students got involved, and some may have even been hoping that a scout was passing by, just waiting to find the next Harry Kane or Steph Houghton!
All of this fun was set against the stunning backdrop of the Royal Albert Hall, as well as the Albert Memorial. Both looked magnificent in the afternoon sun and provided the perfect scenery as ORA orchestrated another great day in London!
