As we approach the middle weekend in our first session of the summer at St Andrews, the students’ true personalities are beginning to shine through. Everyone has settled in really well and they are thriving in such a positive environment.
This was on full display on Thursday, as they all enjoyed a range of exciting activities after their lessons.
A trip up the coast to the port city of Dundee yielded an opportunity for everyone to indulge in their own personal interests. An exhibition about video games at the Dundee V&A Museum proved interesting for many of the students.
There was also a chance to look around the shops in the city, which is famous for, among other things, its marmalade production.
Some of the students went for a more Hollywood experience, as they seized a chance to watch the latest Toy Story film before any spoilers!
And, speaking of Hollywood, it was American Independence Day on Thursday, and some of our American students were delighted with the opportunity to celebrate with hot dogs!
