It was a serene day at Catz as all of the students have now fully settled into their programmes and everyone looked forward to another interesting day of deepening their knowledge in their specific subject areas.
Lessons in the morning got off to a great start and as the students headed to enjoy a delicious lunch, the sun was shining brightly – a sign for what we hope will be an excellent first weekend of weather here in Cambridge.
After lunch, a group of the students had the opportunity to pay a visit to the historic Archaeology Museum in Cambridge which proved very informative. It was nice to cool off whilst admiring the interesting artefacts there.
Following this, the group had the chance to pursue a traditional activity in Cambridge – a tranquil punt down the River Cam. The students steered themselves down the river, dodging ducks and tourists throughout the afternoon.
Being on boats offers the perfect opportunity for witnessing the wonderful sites in Cambridge, particularly with a beautiful view of King’s College. In the evening, the students enjoyed some downtime as the group watched a movie together in college.
