With the prospects of excellent weather this weekend, we extend our warmest welcome to our first group of students arriving at St Edmund’s College, Cambridge!
St Edmund’s College is one of the most international of all of the Cambridge Colleges and in term time it houses students from over seventy different countries. In addition to its reputation as a culturally diverse college, it is also located close to the university library, and is known for its tranquility and spaciousness.
During their stay at St Edmund’s our students aged 16 -18 can look forward to gaining more in-depth knowledge about their chosen subject area. As a new part of our Broadening Horizons programme, some of the students now have the option to choose Blockchain Foundations and Cryptocurrencies as their modules.
Across all of our classes, our leading academics are committed to providing ground-breaking teaching in order to inspire passion and ignite curiosity. We expect a high standard of engagement from all of our students and we are never disappointed with their level of performance in our programmes.
Not only do our programmes aim to give the students a detailed insight into their subjects of interest, but they are also made to encourage international friendships to blossom. It is always brilliant to see each student depart from their stay with a new group of international friends.
As part of our dynamic programmes the students will also have the opportunity to take part in an exciting range of activities outside of the classroom. During their stay in Cambridge they will be able to see all that this historic city has to offer whilst dining, living and studying within the walls of one of the most prestigious colleges.
As the next two weeks progress, we’ll be posting updates, pictures and videos about all the wonderful things the students are getting up to – so make sure you bookmark this blog and follow ORA’s Social Media channels to stay up-to-date.
