It is officially Summer in Cambridge – and that means it’s time for Oxford Royale Academy to launch their Clare College programme for 2019!
Part of the University of Cambridge, an institute held in high-esteem and with over 80 Nobel Prize winners to its name, the academic heritage of this incredible college is well-established and is bound to prove an enriching environment for our students.
Amongst the beauty of this historic city, set against the backdrop of the world-renowned King’s College, Clare boasts a remarkable collection of alumni – including Sir David Attenborough. It is also the second-oldest college in Cambridge, having been established almost 700 years ago!
Our students aged 13-15 will be able to enjoy a diverse range of programmes, covering a wide range of topics, whilst our 16-18 year olds will have the chance to whet their appetite for higher education, and open doors for a life beyond full-time education.
There will also be a great selection of excursions and other activities to enhance this fantastic programme. Clare is in an enviable location, situated close to the famous Fellows’ garden and the River Cam – the students will doubtless be able to see boats idling past the back of the college.
It certainly promises to be a tremendous summer in Cambridge!
As the next two weeks progress, we’ll be posting updates, pictures and videos about all the wonderful things the students are getting up to – so make sure you bookmark this blog and follow ORA’s Social Media channels to stay up-to-date.
